-Work on New and Exciting Technology in the Robotics field. -Be part of a team that is trail blazing a new field of Commercially available robots. -Benefits package is pretty amazing. -Ability to make a real difference: communication from the shop floor to the design/engineering teams, all the way up to the executive level is made easy with weekly all-hands meetings where everyone's voice can be heard.

Cons

-Company is still in the startup phase, leaves lots of room for Process Improvements.
