Pros

Agiloft does an amazing job supporting its employees. Anytime I've had an issue I've felt like I could seek help and know I'd be well received. Everybody really loves working here and seeks to support each other. The company is also fully remote and offer great work/life balance.

Cons

Minimal cons, the pay is somewhat below standard for my role, but I find it worth it for the culture and knowing I'll always love my job.

Pros

Agiloft is the rare company that puts clients first, innovates, and grows all while providing a collaborative, deeply supportive culture. As a career sales professional, Agiloft gives you the confidence to sell a world-class product with the knowledge that the entire company, literally, is dedicated and focused on taking care of clients - no exceptions. This is simply the most talent, dedicated, and able group of individuals I've had the privilege to work for. I recommend Agiloft with highest praise and enthusiasm.

Cons

No cons. The tone is set from the top and is consistent throughout the company. Clients first and everything good follows. World-class product with world-class leadership and people.

Pros

Agiloft is made up of primarily incredibly smart and talented people who are experts in their fields. This allows you to rely on and trust others to do their jobs. It has a remote-working environment, which can, at some companies, be difficult, but Agiloft does everything it can to make it feel as human as possible and connects employees in several productive ways. The company continues to hit goals and move forward, which ultimately becomes the culture.

Cons

It's fast-paced - not really a con. There's a lot of work to be done, so people who are looking for a passive role, it's probably not at Agiloft.
