      No inflation adjustment

      Pros

      Great people and with one exception, a solid leadership team.

      Cons

      Leadership keeps saying they’ll evaluate an inflation adjustment and we never hear anything else. This is the second year they told us that story. Assuming the past lack of action is indicative of the future, there will be no salary adjustment. That means we all effectively make 16% less than we did in early 2020.

      Pros

      Agiloft is about as good a company to work for as it gets. The platform is complex and powerful, and it takes months to really grasp. I was given tons of freedom in choosing what I worked on. I got valuable feedback from my team members all the time. PTO was always granted without question. I was never expected to check email or slack after logging off for the day. Lots of smart people and engaging stuff to keep a person interested. Business was always growing.

      Cons

      - Not much room for advancement - Investment money, while exciting, meant the loss of a sales commission perk, which would have been about the best benefit you could ever ask for as the company grows (and is of course why the benefit went away). - Occasional moments of super ultra wokeness

      Pros

      Inclusive, helpful, collaborative culture Remote work for most employees No micromanagement Opportunities for professional growth Fair compensation and benefits that get better each year

      Cons

      They are growing very rapidly and this is straining all parts of the company - systems and people. But, this seems to be on leadership's priority list - hiring more staff and updating procedures for 2022.
