Compensation is at or above industry average. Very direct conversations on what is working and what is not. Customer focused.

Cons

Work Life balance is tough. Long hours with calls in the early mornings 4/5 a.m. for offshore teams and then working state side business hours. Average no less than 55 -60 hours a week. Employees are dedicated but the mentality is Live to Work instead of Work to Live. Seems to work and a good fit if you are single with no family. Company is about the customers and mean well but this does create challenges on over promising and under delivering in the end alopt of times.
