Pros
Pays hourly and travel reimbursement is decent. Opportunity to learn broader POS systems and interfaces, but on you own.
Cons
There is very little training, they had a team that had started a month ago doing the training and did not have any training skills. Communication is poor, you get assigned last minutes projects with lack of information and need to plan for travel. if you don't like being home, this may be good for you , but I was traveling 99% of the time. Many Times your project gets dropped and then you are searching for another project last minute.
