Pros

Front line employees are really nice. Santa Barbara and Oakland have great culture

Cons

The executive team is atrocious. If long-term employees hoped that a changing of the guard would help, it hasn't. The execs have no idea what it means to empower employees or lead "teams." Sr. managers are incredibly arrogant and out-of-touch with good leadership principles. I completely agree with another reviewer who wrote 'Upper management is cold to lower level employees."

Pros

Intelligent, driven people in the company. You can learn a lot from the right people.

Cons

GREEDY CEO, management. LACK of general direction. Management does not care nor look out for employees. Structures change on a whim, people are let go to boost company's bottom line.

Pros

A nice gym with free membership at the Alpharetta location Paid the bills but poor benefits

Cons

No training. Toxic office environment with major departmental infighting and conflicts. Not the flexible work environment that was promised during the interview process. Micro managed by department leaders. Very poor management and communications. Very dissatisfied customer base. Outdated technology, not the innovator or leader in the market place that the company claims.
