a very fluid office culture

Cons

no salary increases, management was always looking for a method to save a buck. There wasn't much by way of training - everything really needed to be learned on the Job. Because a lot much of the on the job learning was in front of clients, it often didn't turn out well for new employees. Turn over was very high. Overall, short sighted business practices with no long term plans to make things better.

Benefits are ok. They are restructuring those so not sure in the future what they will be.

Cons

Unless you are part of the in crowd, forget about getting promoted. Upper management has turned over three times in the last 6 years. High employee turnover. Management not trusted.
