Pros

Terrific mid level management and alot of very sincere hardworking employees. There is a great deal of expertise that can be tapped into.

Cons

Inexperienced and poor leadership and alot of office politics. New CEO is cut throat, laying entire teams off that are mission critical to product support. You can't manage a company strictly from the P&L and expect to retain any talent. Basically running the company into the ground.

Pros

Agilysys is a top contender in the Hospitality IT market. They provide employees a good benefits package and are reasonably flexible when it comes to balancing personal life. The opportunity for growth is there, you just have to know how to take advantage of it. The ability to travel the world installing hospitality products is also a big plus.

Cons

Not everyone shares a common goal. There are a number of employees that don't really know what their department, division or company's true goal is, which may be due to senior management's lack of awareness of this problem.
