In my experience, I've found a great deal of flexibility to get my job done. It is definitely a get what you give environment, so with a proper work ethic, it is rewarding. I also quite enjoy all my co-workers. Management, although sometimes questionable in their decision making, has been great.

Cons

Many of the processes and policies seem to be counter-productive and simply irrational. It is very clustered in that regard.

Executive management level changes made some employees nervous (so far so good). Interdepartmental communications could be better (however improving).

Pros

your co workers and the clients are the only thing that makes this job worthwhile. Without them I cannot fathom having stayed at this job this long.

Cons

Management doesn't give you much to strive for, very few promotion opportunities available unless you are in the appropriate circle of friends. They expect for you job to be your life, and for you to give up your personal life at any moments notice. Pay increases are virtually non existant, and the amount of 'say one thing and then do the exact opposite' by management occurs so often it may as well be the company mantra.
