Flexible work, paid the bills, but only so-so benefits and poor communication from senior management.

Pros

Company allowed flexible work schedule and ability to telecommute when possible. Professional training was offered to workers when schedules permitted.

Cons

Communication from upper management to workers was not frequent enough to give the workers a sense that they mattered. Some organization changes and promotions were not publicized to the staff. Benefits package is lacking.

They carry good vendor products and have a well-versed sales force.

Cons

Being in a remote office, the do not do well at communicating corporate initiatives. And those that are tasked with making those communications, are stuck in the politico and feel more powerful by keeping the information internally.
