Business Outlook
Pros
The company provides great compensation for manual testing. The work is easy though they use their own methodology. They have free coffee and a decent places to eat in the surrounding area. There's great potential in improving the SDLC.
Cons
-Micromanaged -Unprofessional -A permanent vs. contractor atmosphere -Stiff corporate environment -Not a fun place to work -Office is a bit lacking as far as aesthetics. They're looking to move to a new office within a few months. -Much older staff (Late 50's). Many of the staff are not trained in QA methodologies, but instead come from a hotel/hospitality background.
