As long as you do your work and don't try to fly under the radar, you very well may have a job for life. Average tenure is pretty high outside of support and installer jobs. Those tend to attract a more transitory person. Thought there are a few that have been there quite some time. (5+ years)

Cons

Executive Management is largely Indian with a work ethic that can be unrealistic at times. Praise is hard to come by, but you know it's significant when you get it. (Not a racist thing, it is a different cultural approach to work)

Cons

Work from office is an issue if you feel so, apart from that chasing targets like anyother organisation but its between healthy and unhealthy. I wouldn't say its too much nor less.
