Management is definitely related from old companies from CEO to Executives in management. You can check linked of each of them. You have to be in circle with loads of politics and buttering to be a favorite. Projects are distributed on bases of favoritism not on your skill. Company has no performance matrix so you know the related party will be promoted. HR team thinks they are doing a lot of activities, but when you take issue to them they basically run away. No Women Leaders in India and have less female staffs so not promoting Female employees and they see them as threat to Leadership position. No worklife balance and you will be asked to complete project even if you are on emergency break. Partial to core and they bully and gang up as if they are in college, so immaturity is reflected in Executives behavior and so it comes from top to bottom. If you want to learn & grow - DONT JOIN.

Long hours are expected. Stress levels can be high.
