Each release includes surprising innovations and well-thought-out features that support multiple customers without negative impact. Collaboration with multiple 3rd parties has also helped identify and validate optimal designs, considering varied product requirements.

Cons

Release process is a significant concern. Valuable future-focused work is often blocked by few leaders who hold authority but lack detailed product knowledge and are driven by personal credit rather than product success. There are cases where customer issues, even when fixed the same day, take up to three months to go live
