The company is organized in the way they conduct clinical trials

Cons

Work life balance was terrible. Over worked, underpaid, and did not appreciate employees. Managers were very fake and there were clearly cliques within the company. A lot of the managers and other employees came from another pharmaceutical and they did not make you feel welcomed at all. Would also receive conflicting feedback amongst managers.

The company had a great group of scientists that made things happen and brought drugs to patients at an unbelieving pace.

Cons

The company no longer has the old work culture anymore. Felt strange towards the end of my time there

Cons

- It is a fast paced environment, and the workload can be demanding. - The company is going through a time of fast growth. Leadership is aware & addresses the challenges that come along with scaling an organization, but the growing pains do still exist.
