Wonderful company that genuinely cares for its employees physical, emotional and mental health. Agnico Eagle recognizes the importance of a work-life balance and simultaneously fosters a family-like atmosphere among all its employees. Every person is approachable and is willing to have a conversation regardless of position. This is a company with an atmosphere bar-none.

Fantastic salaries, open for advancement, training.

Cons

Advancement dependent upon supervisor's time in position if you want to stay in same department. There was a lot of sarcasm in the day to day work.
