Company sustainable development strategy. The people in my team, Rewards package, office amenities

Cons

Management style in my business function, not enough funding for non-operational technology which made my work almost impossible. Some business functions have no work-life balance because of the management practices.

This company has everything you could ask for; amazing culture, incredible benefits down to earth management that really cares.

Cons

Sometimes things get lost in translation with the French/English mine setting, but it's not too bad.

Pros

On the personal side, management is approachable, fairly down to earth and overall good people who seem to have good heads on their shoulders.

Cons

At the same time, management overdoes the shareholder speeches. They make us feel like slaves to the shareholders, like nothing else we do matters, only the shareholders. We get it...we are just pawns. Also, management tends to act like it is 1950 sometimes. They are resistant to modern forms of work environments that newer companies are doing, and very conservative in their approach. Sometimes I wonder if they will bring back the punch clock.
