-Good work-life balance no work after 6 pm unless you are on call even on call you are not being called that often maybe once a couple of months -Good salary compared to other companies in Bangkok -Support self-improvement such as providing you with an Udemy account that you can learn whatever you want, reimburse the book you bought, etc -Good working environment and culture
