Besides the usual perks and benefits of an established company, it is the people over here that create such an environment that work does not feel like work. On top of that if your job is always bringing you new and exciting challenges there is nothing more that you can ask for.

Cons

Infrastructure could be improved. One can get so habitual of working in the company that it becomes difficult to leave the company

My journey at AgreeYa has been phenomenal, the management is quiet supportive and if you have the capability then there exists immense exposure at every front. The most positive thing which I appreciate here is absolute zero politics, as in most of the cases this one thing really make you irritated at the end of the day even when you are honest to your work. In addition, the very much existing flat hierarchical model helps you directly approach the management & others for addressing your concerns and issues in due time. The company has been performing well and has the immense potential to sustain this growth in years to come.
