I have been working with AgreeYa for close to 5 years and this simple statement proves all. Working here is an amazing experience, people who are energetic, believe in certain level of flexibility and love to own their work are most suited for this company. Being a 15 year old organization AgreeYa gives you advantage of stability, chance to work & grow with industry veterans and access to well defined organization process framework. The one reason which forced me to stay here for so long is the nature of work and trust of management. If you are planning to come to AgreeYa than be ready to work on new technologies, new projects and give some challenges to your orthodox thinking.
In my team we are 7 members and 4 of them are working for more than 4 years hence all questions on organization’s growth, stability, career in AgreeYa and management support are self-explanatory .
