      Pros

      -It is a very condense population of employees and I feel like I know everyone that works in the production plant after just a month of working there. (I don't feel like I'm invisible like when i worked in a company with hundreds of people.) -The pay is very well compared to other summer jobs i could have gotten. -Free chocolate milk!!!

      Cons

      -It's hot as balls in the plant on some days, but thankfully I have an air conditioner in my office!

      Pros

      Excellent boss and the people on the plant floor were awesome people to work with. Getting to test the ice cream on the line is always a bonus too

      Cons

      Many jobs were cut while I was working there due to the local dairy plant merging with Agropur. Sometimes the maintenance staff was also difficult to deal with because they had their own agenda.
