Good salaries, different work schedules availables. Pension Plan, full insurance plan. At my job site a very good team,. Workers are well treated too by the management team. Excellent product quality, we are all proud of what we do. We do Organic, White milk, Premium milk, butter, cheese, yogourt, cream, cottage & sour cream for general public. All good products and absolutely fresh.

Cons

Holidays period is pretty demanding, biggest season with everybody cooking in advance. Big production days, lots of goods shipped, we're very busy for about 6-7 weeks. THe rest of the year keeps us busy too, promotions & all. At the end, there is really nothing to complain.
