      Pros

      A company with awesome values, people, and opportunities. I always feel like I have a chance to continue my learning and add value to my career and the company.

      Cons

      Location is not ideal. Dairy plants tend to be in rural areas close to the milk, so either be prepared to live in a small town or commute.
