      Culture - amazing. These are folks I enjoy working and playing with Remote work - 100% work from home Transparency - once you are a part of the Aha! family, you know everything you need to know to get your job done to help the company be successful. Pay and Perks are very good Brand Awareness - working for a company and supporting a product that is recognized and respected as a thought leader and best-of-breed. Team - I'm working alongside the most talented people in the industry in an ego-free and mutually helpful environment

      Pros

      I get the opportunity to work with an incredibly talented team, build software that I'm passionate about, all from a place where I love to live.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work load can be daunting, but everyone for the most part is flexible, and managers will help to prioritize work that needs to be done first.

      The product is amazing and customers tell us all the time how much they love it. We all feel a strong sense of purpose to what we're building and understand how we contribute to the larger goals. Everyone who works at Aha! is extremely impressive, smart and kind. There are no egos or politics, and everyone operates as a team. Thoughtful feedback comes from your manager and peers regularly. You never have to guess where you stand and it's always delivered with the intention of supporting continued learning and growth. The company is truly set up for successful remote working. From the tools we use, the onboarding processes and overall company culture, it's designed to make you successful, intentional and happy. This is my first fully remote job and I couldn't be happier.

      Cons

      Make sure you know what it means to work a fully remote job. You need to be self motivated, organized and know how to enforce boundaries to separate personal and professional life. Aha! is a fast growing company so you'll be busy. It's exciting, just make sure you're ready for it!
