Aha! is a wonderful place to work! It is full of great people who care about the work they do and the people they work with. The culture is superb with an excellent focus on remote life.

Pros

Leadership is truly aligned and trusting of each employee to do their best. Company culture and values are apparent in every aspect of the business. This is the highest performing team I have worked with in my career. But not just that -- they are also the most helpful and kind team. The product is constantly improving. Our product team listens to customers and our engineers are able to turn out fixes and features quickly.

Cons

Working remote is great and we get meet up twice a year, but I really wish I had more time with my wonderful colleagues.
