Pros

Working full time remotely has been great, especially for such a fast growing company like Aha! You can tell that they're invested in their employees growth. Semiannually we read an insightful book together and then provide feedback to the whole company at our semiannual onsites. Not only are we able to meet and work with everyone in-person, but we get to know them on a deeper level with what they share. Also having the freedom to be part of our communities and with our families more often is invaluable.

Cons

The onboarding process to help you learn the product is long for everyone, but one thing that would help would be to include tips and tricks for adapting to remote work. It could go a long way.

Pros

Aha! has a culture that is not bogged down in old school tradition or new school popularity contests. It's about the work and coming together to do the best we can for our users and the team. Handling hyper growth is difficult and I've seen many companies fail, but Aha! has the formula for attracting top talent, building a world class tool, and managing growth with grace. A completely remote team forces us to be creative about team building and communication. Aha! has definitely figured this out. I never feel isolated and I always feel supported and I love being able to quickly transition from work to home life. There are absolutely no seat fillers. Everyone at Aha! is high caliber. The recruiting process is set up well to identify who will be a good fit and who, though talented as they might be, would not do well in our environment. The onsites (twice yearly gatherings of the whole team in a destination locations) are amazing. You get to know your team members better and participate in developing company strategy. One of the most comprehensive onboarding programs I've ever seen. Transitioning from a Product Manager to a Customer Success Manager would have been incredibly difficult without the detailed onboarding materials and plan.

Cons

I can't think of a single thing.

Pros

I love the people here. Like many organizations, there are lots of talented and smart people across the company. But a unique factor that I have noticed at Aha! is that no one has a big ego. Everyone knows that they can continue to learn more and improve their craft and this only motivates and drives me to get better as well. Because the organization has a clear vision and a goal-first approach, it makes it easy to stay focused and avoid distractions. It is a pleasure to know that everyone is on the same page and the work that we do will have a significant impact on the business.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any cons to add.
