Pros

Aha! allows you to have a real positive impact on customers. As an engineer, I get to build features every day that customers will be using just a few days later. And, we use our product internally -- it is especially satisfying to crank out a feature and then make use of it myself or to spot and implement improvements in my daily use. Aha! also focuses heavily on employee growth. I receive regular and honest feedback about my work and feel that Aha! rewards my achievements. And I was recently promoted to lead a team. Aha! is a great place to grow and feel like you are having a real impact every day.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons to working here.

Pros

Before Aha! I served as a product manager for over 15 years. It is so refreshing to work for a company that dedicates itself to helping product managers do their jobs better and have more fun in the process. We have a world-class Customer Success team comprised of all former Product Managers with similar experience to mine with a mission to drive happy use of Aha! within the product management community. The team has a sense of purpose. Every day, we experience great personal satisfaction and reward in helping others. Not only can Aha! help to change entire organizations that build products but the product is fun to work with on a daily basis. Imagine, helping others and having a ton of fun along the way working with a supportive team and a cool product. It is more than a job. It feels like we are all part of a movement that is committed to changing the way companies innovate.

Cons

I honestly do not have anything to add here.

Pros

- I love working with a team of seasoned product management professionals with various vertical and product experience. - I appreciate working for a 100% remote organization where I get to work from the comfort of my own home. - The Responsive Method. It is very rewarding to work for an organization who believes in getting things done quickly. If you are goal driven, curious to learn new things, and like to move fast, then Aha! is the right fit for you. - I value working for an organization where our CEO and CTO understand product management and care about our customers. I recall one time elevating an issue to our CTO and within an hour or so, he let our customer know that the engineering team fixed the issue. I was shocked. - I no longer have to miss all my children’s activities during the week. Aha! affords me the opportunity to be able to work hard, but still be there for the important people and events in my life. - It is refreshing to be a part of a company that focuses on its own strategy and not chasing shiny objects. We are focused on our goals, which are not swayed by changes of others. - At the end of the day, I simply love that I get to work with companies who range from startups to Fortune 50 to better manage their strategy, roadmaps, and overall product management disciplines within their own organization.

Cons

It is difficult for me to identify cons, however, because we are 100% remote, sometimes it is hard to get to know others and build relationships across the organization. We meet up twice a year in person on a company-paid trip to a destination location to discuss the business and our future plans.
