      Pros

      Fast-paced, transparent, and there are mentors to learn from and room to grow. It is the most team-friendly environment I have ever been in. We can see how we are all contributing towards a common goal.

      Pros

      The engineering team uses the same product we build. That makes it possible for team members like myself to make significant contributions, even during my first week. Aha! has ruined me from ever being willing to commute again. Working from home gives me the opportunity to engage with my kids far more than I could if I had to spend time driving back and forth to work each day.
