      A distributed team with a strong culture

      Pros

      This company cares about all the things that matter to me. I'm happy to be part of a team that values inspiring, coaching, and investing in employees. Even though the team is distributed, by the end of my first week I felt like I had been embraced by a new family. I am really happy that I decided to join Aha!

      I found my dream job

      Pros

      I was determined to find a job that would value my more than 15 years of product management experience and still make it possible to be very active with my family. Aha! shares the same love of product management that I do, and the fact that it is an entirely distributed team means I can manage my time.

      Cons

      Because of the time difference there are some coworkers who I don't get a chance to speak with often. We do get together a few times a year as an entire company, so I do have an opportunity to get to know them better in person.

      As a Customer Success manager at Aha! I interact with hundreds of product managers each week at some of the world’s most innovative and well-known companies. And I have the opportunity to use my experience to help them build better strategy and roadmaps. My colleagues all come from different backgrounds and bring different perspectives, but we each have deep product management experience — and a passion for helping other people. I learn something new every day.

      I have no complaints. Great company.
