Pros

- Aha! only hires experts, ensuring a team of high caliber. Working alongside the best daily is truly rewarding. - The company sets ambitious goals and has rapidly grown to serve over 700,000 product builders. As a result Aha! is highly profitable and growing. It is a very stable company to work for. - The customer success team gets to work with some of the world's most innovative companies. You get to learn something new every day.

Cons

At Aha!, we thrive on regular feedback to achieve team growth and personal development. This culture of continuous improvement might be challenging for those who find it difficult to adapt based on feedback or iterate on their work. If you're not comfortable with an environment that values constructive criticism as a means to achieve excellence, Aha! might not align with your preferred working style.

Pros

- Get to work with the smartest people *across the globe*. My colleagues bring such a wealth of experience and a fantastic work ethic that I have never seen elsewhere. - We work with the most innovative companies in the world who rely on our software to achieve their most strategic goals. - There is a genuine interest in the growth and development of all people in the organization driven by the CEO. - Fully remote with awesome bi-annual onsites

Cons

It's not really a con but more of an adjustment for some: we do have strucure and process around most of what we do. When you want to "quickly get something changed" (relating to a core activity) it can feel harder than it should as a result. But, longer term the process and structure is exactly what has supported our team's growth and will continue to do so. It just takes a bit of getting used to at first.
