Pros

The developers have amazing knowledge of Rails, are great fun to work with, and will give you more autonomy than you've ever had at work. You also have the freedom to control your schedule and let your results speak for themselves. I feel really fortunate to have found Aha! and I'm proud of what we are building as an engineering team and a company.

Cons

As we are a fully distributed team, working across time zones can be a challenge if you are not used to doing this. I can see how this might be tough for some to adjust to, but am confident that this is the right way for our team to work.

Pros

I first used Aha! when I drove its adoption with my product team at a global Fortune 500 telecommunications company. Aha! united our product management group. We were responsible for major digital applications and it empowered me to lead product better than any other tool I've used (which was mostly Excel). So, when I learned that Aha! was rapidly growing, I really wanted to learn more. And the more I read about the company, the more intrigued I became. So, I took a chance, applied for a new position to help the company expand into Europe, and was fortunate to join the team earlier this year. Now that I work at Aha! I know that I have found an incredible organisation. After more than 15 years of working in well-known companies, Aha! is the first team I've worked with that really does put people first. This starts with employees and extends directly to customers. It is a human-centric organisation that values being responsive. I spend a lot of time working on challenging projects and learning from my colleagues. And I work from my home office. It's hard to ask for more than that!

Cons

Can't think of any so far

Pros

I heard that Aha! was looking for Rails developers and it caught my attention. At that time I was ready for a new challenge, and I liked how they had a proven track record of scaling software companies in the past. I could see that Aha! was changing the very way that companies innovate. And there was no way that I could pass up an opportunity to get involved with that! My decision has paid off -- this team motivates me to be my best as we deliver new features to our customers every single week. Working for Aha! also met another important criteria: I always want to work on projects that I can be proud of, and to keep on advancing my knowledge. We have access to all the latest technologies like Ruby on Rails, ReactiveUI, D3 and React, and we have an excellent team that is doing some really great work. If you are passionate about writing great code, give Aha! a closer look. You won't find another company quite like it.

Cons

Nothing that comes to mind.
