I always tried my best to be responsive throughout my product management career. But I never felt truly at home doing this until I joined Aha! It is awesome to see customers get so excited -- and share their gratitude -- when we reply to their questions in a short amount of time. You can tell this is a rare experience for them. And the appreciation that we receive as a team gives me more satisfaction than I've ever had at work before.

I was originally an Aha! customer before joining the team. I led product management for years at my previous company -- and knew Aha! was the solution I had been missing from the first time I used it. The more deeply I used Aha! the more convinced I became that it was more than a tool -- it was powerful enough to change how entire organizations build products.
