Great people limited by micro-management

- Really smart, kind people that aren't interested in internal politics - Clear, established goals that everyone is aligned on - A strong vision for the company in the near term - Giving back to the local communities is core to what they do - Established processes that keep projects moving forward

Cons

- Hyper-involvement from some managers, including at the very top, creates a feeling that employees aren't trusted. You're left executing on someone else's ideas. - Related, there isn't a clear path forward to additional responsibilities. - Lack of diversity
