Aha! is a great work environment with a phenomenal culture of kindness, responsiveness and hard work. It is as good as it sounds. I personally love that we are completely goal-driven and intentional in what we do, which means that the entire company is completely aligned on initiatives. The communication is far superior within our remote team then it is within co-located teams in my prior companies. If you need help with something, the team will quickly support you. Lastly, the work I do is incredibly meaningful. I end my day feeling accomplished and knowing the impact I’ve made on the company. It's hard to get that for a sustained period of time at other companies.

People — bright, kind, humble, and hard-working. Product — lovable, customer-first, and evolving. Every day, I am challenged to grow both professionally and personally, which is very important to me. Everyone is dedicated to working hard for our customers and for each other, which puts a smile on my face.
