None. The company ONLY cares about their bottom line. They will work you to death to save payroll.

Cons

Too big of a company to care for their employees. DO NOT WORK for Aimbridge. They will KILL your SOUL. Save your sanity and work somewhere else, even if the pay is less. They will treat you like a SLAVE here.
