Pros

Each person that works for Aimbridge has a voice and everyone can make a difference. This company looks within to promote.

Cons

Not always do you get the training you need when you promote so be willing to get what you need by using other resources.

Pros

Free meals, not downtown. easy promotions.

Cons

Not enough people actually working . many salesman managers, who all are no experience with actual service, are rude and blame you for things they forget or do wrong. coworkers, and one or two ,managers work really hard and will help you . but not even in my department and seem ready to fall over. .
