Huge company that has lost sight of everything. Our focus is on making hand over fist money, false corporate cultures, and not hurting anybody's feelings........except our own employees. Employees are tasked with lots of extra work and have very little resources to accomplish them. If you need medical supplies or PR stuff you may as well have a bake sale, because the company isn't going to help. Management has increased with lightning speed, while the turnover on the flight line is miserable. Safety has suffered, and we have watched the competition gut our competitive edges over and over again.

Pay is low for industry.
