      The people you work with are good people on the ground level

      Cons

      Management was very hard to work with. I understand that most of the reasons that I left are in the process of being dealt with, but it was a disparaging experience working for them.

      Benefits and the crews were great

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership. CEO is looking for yes people not good people. Sales is a disaster and operations is afraid of the CEO. Toxic culture and getting worse. Will fire employees for any reason and keep others that have done worse. Its all about clicks and kissing up to the right executives. Open and close bases with no plan. "Hunters" know nothing about building a base and are not held accountable. Need new aircraft and better leaders. HR does nothing to make sure diversity is a priority.

      Love the mission & the heart of the company and certain people

      Cons

      -Process (other than medical) is nonexistent -Sr Managment is absolutely clueless of how bad things are in the office, how poor morale is in IT given the new(ish) IT leadership. (Pretty much entire IT leadership changed out in 2019-2020) - The IT leader that came on in the last two to three years got rid of everyone that sacrificed so much in getting the computers back up and running after the outage. - Basically IT has such a toxic environment I would recommend anyone considering IT to RUN AWAY!!
