Cons

Communication between management and crews lacking. Pressure to fly without blatantly saying it. Micromanaged. All of the renowned educators in Denver are no longer with the company. Closed over 100 bases with zero notice.

Demands on time for "mandotory" meetings, training, and travel make it nearly impossible to maintain a life outside of Air Methods - especially since you will have to work a second job to cover the loss of income associated with poor working wages.

As a result of these evaluations we have made some changes and are planning more changes over time. Recently, all our Flight Clinicians received a change in their compensation structure which is more in line with industry practice. Be sure to keep an eye out for updates from our HR department.
