      Clinical education, overtime opportunity, broad scope of practice, healthy sign on bonuses.

      Cons

      Upper management making questionable decisions, no effort to retain loyal employees, regular pay increases are low and after initial sign on bonuses are paid the travel program becomes much less worth it.
