      Pool RW Pilot

      Pros

      Large Nationwide HAA company. Management has been great in all regions that I have worked. Also have been very accommodating to personnel/work scheduling conflicts that may arise due to pool pilot base changes/schedules. Easy to pick up OT if you so desire Pool Pilots (different than regional relief pilot position) fill longer term base openings, normally working at same base for 2-3 months or longer. Recruiter and interviewer goes over position in detail to ensure you understand the nationwide pool pilot concept. Paid travel (OT on travel days), 10% bonus for pool pilot position

      Cons

      As with all HAA companies...contracts come and go. Union (good and bad; seniority is key for base selection)
