      Big Company with Mom & Pop Mentality

      Competitive Pay, Leadership Involvement (at least they seem to be trying)

      Cons

      Vacation accrual schedule is a joke - making it harder to have a work/life balance, bonuses are hard to come by, 8 holidays per year versus 10 at most other companies (no MLK/Columbus/Veterans Day, but you do get the day after Thanksgiving), minimal incentives.

      close to home, hours are decent

      Cons

      pay is not that great, management needs more management skills, too many people get away with a lot. You can be lazy and still keep your job
