      Hard driving company that does great work, but...

      Pros

      Great people, willing to help a new employee learn. Great earnings year after year. Almost every employee has a percent bonus based on the company performance.

      Cons

      Heavily matrixed organization. Always shifting responsibilities of top management. If you don't measure up, you are probably not going to make it here long term.

      Pros

      The company is an industry leader with lots of great new technology, especially dealing with hydrogen generation, storage, and fueling stations. Solid work life balance and all employees are encouraged to network. In fact it is even encouraged to set up half hour meetings with managers to just talk.

      Cons

      Often times not given real work as an intern. Limited working experience. Experienced problems with HR as they seemed to have intern communication issues.
