      Pros

      Great work-life balance, pay, and benefits. Show up, do a good job, and you'll eventually retire and be okay in retirement. Very intelligent, fun co-workers.

      Cons

      Don't expect to climb up through the ranks by working hard unless you're in the career development program. There are a lot of lateral moves to build your resume, but this place isn't for the career-minded individual.

      3 or 4 days off a week

      Cons

      good ole boy system in place. do as i say not as i do from manangement. double standards. pay is low, little to no organized training. company will sacrifice its employess quick so it doesnt look bad to outsiders. they say they stress safety but they do it only when convientent. extrememly difficult to get a raise. horrible hours if you have a family. extremely high turn over rate.
