Pros

I gave everything I've got to the company from the beginning till the end, then I realized that no one really cared.

Cons

You won't be able to impress management even if you shed blood in tears from the awful stress, and horrible discrimination and pure hard work. I've worked for so long and suffered, but one reward nor recognition.

You get a pizza party every 4 months

Cons

You will either become clinically depressed, divorced, poisoned, or injured working at this horrilbe place. Avoid at all costs, it is run like a prison.

Managerial Greed Breeds Toxicity

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some decent co-workers. Although we had our differences, they were generally friendly and willing to collaborate on projects when needed.

Cons

The experience was so intensely miserable that I found myself needing to take time off just to recover from the torment. The root cause of this misery could be traced back to the severe greed exhibited by the managers. Their insatiable greed permeated every decision, resulting in a toxic work environment where employees felt undervalued and taken advantage of. The managers consistently sought to maximize profits at the expense of the workforce, often disregarding essential factors like employee morale, work-life balance, and fair compensation.
