Pros
When the pressure of the job is too high, people can barely have the time to relax or think of the positives.
Cons
It was a small company where you could not expect anything but excess pressure. No matter how hard you work, it won't be enough. Even if you don't take a leave for an entire year and work brutal, stressful and exhausting hours, the arrogant management would still tell you that you did what everyone else is doing. It was ridiculous. So, my advice is to avoid working at this company. If you can't, do the bare minimum here. Also, the benefits they provide are terribly low. Remember, they are the worst people, not worth your efforts!
