Pros

The company is constantly listening to our suggestions and working on how to improve internal processes. I feel that, in general, we do have a voice. This is a comfortable place to share our input, ideas, and feedback with our peers. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The company culture is very honest and natural. It doesn't feel forced.

The people are amazing! The environment is fun and welcoming, and we all get along very well. Since this is a remote company, we can have a bit more flexibility with our schedules, in case we have some urgent errands to do, vet appointments, etc. Another benefit of remote working is that you can travel to another country and spend a couple of weeks there while working. On special occasions like birthdays and others, we get gifts! I feel very appreciated in this company and am super happy to work here ❤️

Pros

One of the most accommodating places with a fully remote structure. This gives us all the flexibility to prioritise whatever is needed. People are extremely friendly, understanding and the most welcoming. The best part is you get to meet people from all walks of life, from so many different parts of the world.

Cons

So far, there have been no cons, and I hope it stays that way! :)
