Pros

Cool product and projects. Amazing and inspirational people. There is always a nice vibe and people are super friendly, helpful and good intentioned. Everyone works really hard and our work is recognized by all the company.

Cons

There is still much to do, many processes to kick off and others to further improve. However, I always feel that this is one of the good sides of being in a vibrant startup. There is always much to do but everyone is always very involved in all the steps of the process.

Working remotely at Air Apps offers me a couple of advantages. The precondition for a healthy work environment is trust. At Air Apps, we are flexible to combine our tasks with the requirements of caring for children or other beloved ones, having pets, or simply caring for ourselves. Air Apps understands the importance of mental health and psychological safety in the workplace. In addition, we are striving for professional and personal improvement supported by our managers. At Air Apps, we have a holistic approach to communication, performance, and development.
