Incredible company culture, a mission worth pursuing, and senior management that cares about its employees. The pandemic was a big shock yet Airbnb managed to turn it into their favor and adapted their platform accordingly.

Cons

Career progression can look somewhat unpredictable, especially with lots of senior people hired pre-IPO. Sometimes, the company could be more execution-driven and move faster.
