Pros

It was full of some really nice people and the mission is really great. I love travel.

Cons

Unless you're the mega-rich 22 year old in SF it's pretty much a daily grind with smoke and mirrors to keep qualified people in entry roles for years.

Pros

Remote work, work from home, co-workers were great, managers really wanted you to succeed. Provided with "swag" including new macbook, and everything you'd need to work from home.

Cons

Only the employees in SF/HQ had perks, as for remote positions - you were SOL and only realized that when you were brought to SF for a week for training. While it was a work from home, remote position - never gave allowance or reimbursement for internet, phone or anything. Pay was awful.

Pros

Great support, and great flexibility to schedule your shoots.

Cons

The money is okay, but it does add up when getting huge amount of assignments
